Samos lentil

Samos lentil is a fine-seeded type Greek variety, with 1000 seeds weighing 40-45 grams and a light green or tan color. Resistant to frost (-10°C), it is perfect for organic farming. Known for its high productivity (180-220 kg/ha) and excellent boiling qualities, it is also easy to harvest mechanically, even in stony fields. Sowing at 9-10 kg per hectare ensures optimal plant density.
